How it Works
The Municipal Self-Management Program is divided into three stages: Evaluation, Implementation, and Analysis.
The municipality will have access to use the Pacific DR system to do damage analysis to municipal properties that will be claimed in preparation for a future disaster.
The management, use, and effectiveness of the system will be evaluated to adjusts its functionality for a better performance during an emergency.
